■About the price of products

After confirming payment, we will begin production and shipping.

■ Order Processing
We process online orders within approximately 24~48 hours of receiving your request during business hours.All Commo Art items are made to order. It takes approximately 15 to 20 days from the time of order to ship.The work will be shipped after completion.
■Time of Payment: Payment is confirmed when the product order is confirmed.
■ Product delivery time
Production will begin upon receipt of order and will be completed and shipped in 10-15 days. Customers in Japan. Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express, and overseas shipping is by EMS, FedEx, or DHL.
■ Cancellation after purchase and up to the arrival of the goods
Regarding the cancellation of products after the purchase procedure, they are made to order and each item is handmade in Japan. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or returns of purchased items.We do not accept any cancellation of orders after the purchase procedure has been completed. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us via email prior to purchase.
■Returns/defects/cancellations
Our products are made to order (custom-made art) and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Except in the case of an erroneous delivery or special circumstances, items cannot be returned or exchanged, nor can they be returned due to personal preference or incorrect order.
Valid returns must be in unused condition with all accessories and packaging attached. To start returning, please be sure to contact us at info@commoart.com first.No returns will be accepted without prior notification. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We are not responsible for problems in transit.
